PRD Construction were instructed to build an extension to the rear of the house as well as a complete refurbishment of their entire house.

Work undertaken:

​

1. Extension.

2. Complete refurbishment of the ground floor to create a modern open plan space with a new downstairs WC and utility.

3. Complete refurbishment the first floor, making the separate bathroom and WC into one room, as well as a complete refurbishment of all three bedrooms.

4. Additional external insulation to the property to improve thermal efficiency.

5. Garden refurbishment, including composite decking, newly laid lawn and a bespoke summer house.
